Gateshead RFC Volunteers/Helpers Day Sunday 30th August 2026

After the success of last year's volunteers/helpers party we have decided to stage the event annually, as a thank-you for all the hard work by the members of our club. This year the event is Sunday 30th August. A free BBQ and reduced-price drinks will be available from the start time.

 

  • Start Time 4pm
  • Games/Events 5.30pm to 6.30pm
  • Singer 6.30pm to 8.0pm

This is to ensure we cater accordingly. No matter whether your contribution is big or small we would love to see you there.
